From the moment I walked on to the Narrow Gate Youth Ranch, I knew that this truly was a ministry that God loves. Christ earthly ministry was to seek out and save the lost, the hurting, and the broken. When I said hello to Bill and Judy Edwards I immediately saw that very love of Christ overflowing. It was such an amazing blessing to spend an entire day with them, watching, learning, and seeing the God of the universe at work.
At the Ranch, children and adults alike can find refuge from the storms that tear apart their world, and they can discover healing for the scars that come from years of abuse. By rescuing and rehabilitating horses, the Ranch is able to offer equine counselors that visitors can relate to and connect with. Together, the horse and rider are able to form and intimate bond and walk the road of restoration together.
In this short video, Bill and Judy briefly share their passion for the ministry that God has given them, but to really see how God at work, you’d have to stop by and visit the Ranch yourself. Caring for hurting people with the help of rescued and restored horses is just the beginning…
